Site Security (ssl)

There's nothing in my contract that says my speed will be cut to "unusable".

Site Security (ssl)

Post by TheeTFD »

This site doesn't do cash transactions so I don't need ssl certificate.
If you get a 403 error just remove the [https://] and you are ok.

they wanted ~$80.00 for their blessing.
I failed to keep this php updated. Now the server platform, MySQL, may be outdated.
One place says the version is 3.1.7 another place says 5.6 or 7.4 [they changed it to a working one]
So, until I do get it all updated it is at risk.

BUMP

clearly it says, server config. {error}
The server @Wildwest1*** dropped the MySQL handshake.
GoDaddy has been enforcing their own protocols. ______even at freeforums.net_____ not secureLIE !!!
The preamble probably needs a scrambling code just to recognize the incoming batch.
Along with parity and I.P. match.
Not my issue, the Server must keep itself safe_

Example:
This server couldn't prove that it's www.pistonsforum.freeforums.net;
its security certificate is from ssl538179.cloudflaressl.com.
This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

Continue to www.pistonsforum.freeforums.net (unsafe)
Is that B.S or what.

Passwords
-
I noticed a lot of sites ask for email signin/login then ask for your password, maybe on the same page !
Clearly they don't want the password to your PRIVATE email. But they don't say that. So if a ping from
their registration through your email and I.P. add. isn't enough, be careful. It would sure look like you
are writing your password on their server.
